My CV joints are coming apart during turns! Help!
So just two nights ago I came up my driveway and made a somewhat sharp left turn (made it hundreds of times). The CV joint on the tranny side of my driver's axle came apart, made a horrid noise and left the axle bearings on my driveway.
Today I replaced the axle. Went for a test drive. It was pulling very hard to the left (I had not noticed this before). I got to the top of the road, made a 90* left-hand turn and the same CV joint came apart again. WHAT IS GOING ON? Please help me, right now my car is up on the side of the road and I need this fixed.

put it up on a rack and look for suspension damage is where i would start. it would also allow you to put a new axle in and check range of motion on the steering to see what the axle is doing.
Got it up on a rack last night. All the suspension seems very tight. There is no play in the wheel with the suspension loaded or unloaded. Nothing looks different from the other side. I'm going to put another axle in today and compare it to the other side. At least then I will also be able to move the car around the lot without turning.
I feel like it has something to do with my car pulling to the left. What would cause that? Tie rods, low lire pressure, a brake caliper hanging up, or a misalignment. Well the car can't really come out of alignment could it? Tire pressure is fine. Tie rod does not seem bad (still could be). I don't think a brake caliper would cause an axle to come out.
At full lock to the left, the drivers side of the car looks no different that full lock to the right on the right side of the car.
