Default Drive Belt Tensioner Indicator?

Anyone know how to read the drive belt tensioner indicator?
Also, procedure to replace drive belt?
Have searched the forum and Googled but no luck.
This is a 2008 Accord EX-L, 2.4 i-VTEC, 4 cyl, 190hp engine.
Thanks

This an image of my tensioner indicator now, at 38,700 miles:

I would say as the belt starts to wear, the tensioner would strech with it, so the closer the lines get to each other the more worn the belt it. To test the tensioner you would have to see how much tension it has to it to keep streching with the belt. When tensioners go bad the belt starts to wiggle or bounce when the car is running. you can also grab the belt and pull up or down to see how much tension is there.

^ agree

as belts get used, they do stretch.
Check that the position of the auto-tensioner indicator's pointer. Start the engine, then check the position again with the engine idling. If the position of the indicator moves or fluctuates a lot, replace tensioner.
