Icon3 H22A cutting out! help!

I have a 02 honda accord with a h22a head and h23a1 block. Its boosted with a precision turbo. I recently put a spring in my wastegate to push 14 pounds and it was running good. I know I need a tune but my car jerks really bad. I can go hard first and second with the gas pedal to the floor and usually when I hit 3rd gear at about 5000rpm it cuts out and all my power goes away. It jerks really bad. I was thinking it could be a MAP sensor. Could someone please help me!

You haven't given us anywhere near enough info to help you

What map sensor are you using? How are you sure that you're actually "pushing" 14psi?

What engine management are you using? Do you have any datalogging?

Sorry man, this is the first time iv used this. I dont really know what much about the car because I just recently bought it. I replaced the turbo because it had a pos off ebay on it. I went with the precision 3254E on the website. I dont know what map sensor is on it. I dont even know where its located lol I was pushing 5 pounds because I changed the spring. I put the new spring it and the boost gauge reads 14 now. Im pretty sure that i have the stock ecu but chipped because it says 9000 rev, 4500 vtec, 5000 2 step.
