I just picked up a EJ1 w/ an LS swap. I was looking through and inspecting all the lines and noticed that the ATF lines on the bottom of the radiator are just sitting there unplugged and hanging.....wonderful job guy!

Since the car does not have an Auto tranny (conv to a 5 spd w/ LS Swap),

Where should these lines go now?

I was wondering what others did?

There is no leaking from them but I just wanted to see what others did in this situation. Should I route them into each other and call it good?

 

No leaking? What's the problem then? Just plug/block off them if they are leaking. Or if your worried about it go buy the right radiator, their cheap

 

lol I mean they aren't going to leak anything if they aren't having fluid pumped into them. Cap them with some 2 dollar caps and call it a day if it really makes your engine bay look that bad.

 

No leaks. I just wanted to see if anyone else came up with a particular solution cosmetically so they look as OEM as possible. I could just cap them or route the lines into each other. If anyone has done anything else with their ATF lines on a 5 spd then let me know.

Its probably an aftermarket radiator. Those are for the auto tranny cooler. Sometimes they come with caps but leaving them open won't hurt it either.

 

Leave them be. It hurts nothing to leave them there.

 

your could always flush it out and turn it into an oil cooler somehow
