Engine starts and dies... only happens in heat?

Engine starts and dies... only happens in heat?
So now that it's getting a bit warmer, sometimes when my engine is hot and I try to start it, it'll start up and the RPM's will slowly decline until it dies. What could this be? During winter it doesn't do this whatsoever.
