I don't really know much about rim/tires but my tires rub pretty good when I turn.
I know they are 17'' from what I gathered that a big size for a lowered Honda (93 civic)




I would like to trade them on CL for decent rim/tire but I don't know the vale/name of my rims, any ideas.

Do you have a close-up shot of the center cap? Because that looks to have the wheel manufacturer on it.

 

Those are ADR wheels or so it looks. You can find them on eBay and that will help you pinpoint a price for them.

If they're ADR 32M's, I'd say they're worth about $300 or so, depending on tire conditions.
