Man honestly cops can write you a ticket for anything they want.

 

I can tell you in Oregon even if the car is parked. As long as the keys are in the car and someone is in the driver seat that person came be ticketed for any thing on the car. My dad got a DUI sitting in the car on the street drinking a beer behind his rehab (for alcohol) because his spare keys were in the glove box..

you know that when you put those aftermarket parts on your car you are making it illegal according to state laws.so you shouldnt be surprized that eventually they will get you...

theres no such thing as LEGAL limo tint... yet we have people asking if they will get pulled over. yes you will get pulled over depending on what car you drive and how good/bad is your driving record.

 

Keys are in the ignition, car is considered to be in operation. I will never understand this. If you do a motor swap, go ref your car. Do this before you get pulled over and you will not have anything to wory about later on.

Does it give you a court date? or a way to schedule a court date. Most tickets from states without court hearings, you can just plead not guilty and not pay the fine and it is over.
