Default Well, there goes my axle........

I guess today my axle finally wanted to start giving away on me...it's showing pretty much all the symptoms i heard about....clicking, especially at low speeds, a slight "clunking" feeling in the pedals...it's been slowly giving away over the past 2 years now..first started with vibration only during acceleration, and now this...

so my question is, where could i take it to get rebuilt quick? i don't wanna spend an arm and a leg, and can't afford too much downtime...should i check out Pep Boys or sumthin?

You could buy aftermarket Axles for pretty cheap. Check out http://www.driveshaftshop.com/.

Call your local junkyard and see if they have anything.

Autozone axles break left and right. Are you sure it's axles not the CV boots?

I have no problems with autozone axles, had it for over a year with close to 300whp

You can't beat $60 and a lifetime warranty.
