HAVE EG WITH H2B JUST BOUGHT SKUNK 2 INTAKE AND THROTTLE BODY... EVERYTHING WENT GOOD IDLE BETTER THEN STOCK
IM AND SOUNDS GOOD ONLY PROBLEM I CAME ACROSS IS A POPPING/CLICKING NOISE COMING FROM THE TPS SENSOR PORT HOLE
WOUNDERING IF ANYONE HAS A CLUE HOW TO FIX IT... I PLACE MY FINGER OVER THE PORT AND IT GOES AWAY SO I KNOW THAT
WHERE IT COMING FROM...

Thats the port for the IACV (Idle air control valve), not the TPS. You might pull it off and clean it.

 

I DONT HAVE A FITV ANYMORE S2 TB DOES NOT USE ONE...AND I DID CLEAN THE IACV... BETTER IF I POST A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM

maybe ur iacv is going bad. that port feeds the iacv. holding ur finger over that hole should kill the motor;

 

cant imagine it going bad simply by swapping it over to different IM...i contacting s2 so i hope they have a answer to it but u could me right but i dont want to throw parts it

 

My professional products throttle body did this too, I just don't run an IACV anymore so I don't have to hear that LOL plus its less stuff in the bay sorry that doesn't really help a solution for you but I know people that had this same noise as well

 

I think I fixed it... Skunk 2 has a iacv relocator kit and I had the two hoses mixed... I swap them over This morning b4 I left for work didn't seem to hear it

 

yea that what it was had the two hoses mixed up... it was sucking and pusing vacuum in at the same time making that noise... will post pic later to show how to fix just incase u know someone or if ur having this problem...but the skunk instruction clearly tells u about this SO ALWAY READ INTRUSTION CAFEFULLY... :-)
