Which oil brand and weight should i use for turbo jdm h22a1 with 55-65k miles on the engine?

 

i searched for this question and couldnt find the answer..im new to a turbo car and i am changing the oil for the first time. its a daily driver and it gets hot in texas, its runnin 9 1/2lbs boost stock motor. any help is appreciated...

 

which type of turbo do you have??

 

At least a 5w40, if not heavier...
Shell Rotella T6 works great in a few other turbo cars such as MS3's and wrx's...

 

i have t3/t4 turbo at 9psi
