Default Rad hoses with a b-swap radiator?

So in an emergency I had to purchase a new radiator this weekend. It's a Godspeed half size radiator that was meant for an eg with a b-swap. I had to stretch the upper and lower hoses to fit over the water necks of the radiator. The stock hose clamps wouldn't fit over the necks obviously so used a worm drive clamp. It held up fine last night but I don't want to run any chances. I need to know if b-series radiator hoses will fit on the water necks of the d series block so I can get properly fitting hoses. I don't want to run the risk of blowing off a hose on my way to work.

No, they will not.

As long as the clamps on the radiator side are tight, you shouldn't have any problems
