Default Blown Head Gasket????

Alright guys, I was on my way to work this morning when I stoped to put some water in my radiator and me being the idiot that I am got side tracked doing other stuff like checking the oil and checking the tire pressure and forgot to put back on the cap. I have a S1 tranny so my car stays at about 4k rpm any way on the highway. I was driving and I started smelling something so i looked down and noticed my temp gauge was pegged on hot. I pulled over and killed the engine. The car doesnt smoke at all but hopeing that nothing was wrong i removed the dipstick to make sure that there was no water in my oil and it looked fine so i stuck it back in and then checked it again when I pulled it back out it had a couple of bubbles on it. I started the car again and still no smoke so I continued to go to work. Well at the redlight next to work the car started to over heat again. When I pulled into the work parking lot I once again checked the oil and It wasnt milky looking but it did have some bubbles in it. What do you guys think?

try flushing the coolant system and refill it with honda coolant, replace the thremostat while your at it. but if you think you popped it...remove your valve cover and look for the "milky substance"...if not you should be ok. honda heads aren't prone to cracking (besides the accord 12 vavles) so at most just a gasket.
