Del Sol Hood Stuck Closed

Title says it all, i can't get to the latch from the bottom and i have to do an oil change today. Any input would help thanks

Spray wd40 in the latching mechanism get a guy to hold the pull then smach the hood where the mechanism is till it unlocks then lubricated it multiple times until it works properly

pry it open. place something over the hood release handle, and just try to pop it open, happened to my uncles corolla, took 2 men and 5 mins

Looks like you're gonna have to get the latch from under the car with a long screw driver if everything else fails

Actualyy yea gut under the car and put ur ARM under and feel for the cable that is attached to the mechanism and pull it. That will release it from the locked position
