Shuttle 2000 2.3 brake problem
Hi,
that's my first post here, and I'm coming with problem I'm trying to solve from some time. Sorry if something will be hard to understand, my english isn't perfect
So, about two weeks ago my honda got new braking pads and discs. Everything seems to be fine in begining, but later I saw that rear right wheel is extremaly hot after even short ride. Three other wheels were fine, and I thought that the piston got stuck. Yesterday I dissasembled it, and suprisingly piston looks like new, no rust, no scratches on it. Put new hi-temp grease on it, also checked pins, so it should be working fine. It didn't help, after pressing brake pedal, wheel get stuck. Additional after this second rear wheel also got stuck
Some more info, after releasing a brake pedal if I open a venting valve, some fluid will go out (it looks like there is still some pressure there) and while braking ABS goes in very easily.
Where to look for a problem, I chceked both pistons (right and left), hoses, pins. Can it be proportioning valve or pump?
Regards
Szymon

Sounds like the rubber hose may be collapsed internally. It will keep pressure in the caliper making your brakes stick. Try changing the rubber line.
