the frame does not have power. the frame and engine are ground thats why the battery is grounded to the body and the engine has ground straps to the body. it sounds like you may have a short check all power and ground wires

when you touch them with what or to what im not really understanding. if you connect something and then your hearing clicking when nothing should be working then that means you have a short and also are the ground wires sparking when you install them that means you have a short

Dude. No one knows what you did or what you are doing. Tucks are all custom. Recheck ALL of your work! No one is really going to be able to help with this one.

OP: How are you determining "power in the chassis"? The ECU/radio/clock is going to draw power when the vehicle isn't running. If you really have hot to ground, you're more than likely going to start blowing fuses.

Make sure your hazards and turn signals are off.

im looking at a etm (eletrical troubleshooting manual) from honda for 96-00 civic if you have 92-96 im sure its close to the same cause thes cars are all close in make and power goes from the battery to the starter and to the fuse box at t1 to fuse 41, 80 amp fuse and on cars equiped with abs it goes to t5 fuse 61 and 62 40 amp and 20 amp

so start disconnecting some of the wires on that circuit one at a time till the problem no longer happens then trace that wire and see where u messed up you have a short someplace or you crossed wires somewhere

you should probably stop touching your car. youve gone from your chasis having power to your blinker relay clicking to now touching your harness and making the fuel pump relay click. best advise, you should stop what your doing and go order a new harness and dont do another wire tuck......ever

You obviously messed something up real bad...My only advice to you is, disconnect the harness`s, get new ones, and have a shop install them. I`m not trying to be a downer but, after trying to read your post`s multiple times, I came to the conclusion that you sir should not be playing with electrical...A tuck should be simple..
