Default Want my car to run need help, electrical

Wanted to say thanks to the members for helping to get my car to crank,
But still having problems with fuel and spark, I know it's something electrical.

Here's the deal, Bought a 94 honda civic 5 speed as a non-running b18a1 swap for 400$. I did some tests on the car and found this -

ThE GOOD

1. fusable links good under hood fuse box
2. fuse under kick panel -good-
3. pr4 ecu from working car
4. new fuel pump
5. all new parts on dizzy
6. main fuse good
key and turn tested good
relay good car cranks
ThE BAd

1. the car doesn't BEEP when opening the door / The red box on back of under dash fuse box, don't know if is has anything to do with spark and fuel?

2. What does the -black box- (do) under fuses in fuse box under the hood?

3.? how many wiring harnesses are on the car hatchback model?

4.? what size should be the alternater connection be round - square?

So the car looks peaced together and never ran before so I guess a good starting point would be to get more info about swaps done in the past. What I need main thoughts about the electrical system main princeabulls. I have included pic of connection I have no idea where they go and dizzy connection and cut wiring connection for the gauge cluster harness.
