So... I recovered my GS-R... But now what the hell do I do with it? Does anyone have a complete swap laying around? They took EVERYTHING...
Clean title still bc I didn't have theft insurance... If I can't rebuild it then I might want to sell it, in which case I can't decide if I should part it out or just sell it whole. I would get $1500 easily if I parted it out but it's such a hassle. And it would be a shame to see this shell go to waste. I've owned this car for almost 5 years and it's tragic it had to end this way. Input?

AFTER:

It still has the full interior in good condition, minus the ignition, but they cut the engine harness, took the ecu, radiator, engine mounts, battery and tray, etc. I'm worried about the misc costs beyond the cost of the swap that might get expensive. I have another 98 front bumper, but that's as far as my spare parts goes.

If its still got the full interior just look into a full jdm gsr swap from hmotorsonline, youll get mounts, ecu, harness and axels. It'll be low miles and not driven hard. Or you could check Craigslist. It's a damn shame these thieves don't get whats coming to them. I say rebuild, you could get more then 1500 if you parted out too, dc shells are going for a good price yo north in lynnwood. Good luck man

I think I need to polish er up and get some better pics. I have an extra 98+ front bumper that was laying in my garage that I have to put on the car, but for right now I don't have the money to fix it. (Just about to graduate from college).
I just might hang onto it, it's in my parents' garage right now and not going anywhere so I think that as soon as I get a disposable $5000 I might go B18C5 with LSD tranny, big brakes, forged wheels, and now the scrape down the side will force me to go shaved moldings
Thanks for the link to the hmotorsonline, I was basically worried about the additional costs of buying an ecu, harness, and mounts, seeing as they took all of that when they ripped off my engine...
I'm thinking about getting out of Hondas anyway and moving on, been into it for too long, but I would absolutely hate to see this car not be in perfect condition again. So look forward to either a build thread or a potential sale in a little bit (as soon as I actually find a job)

wow shitty man. i keep saying everywhere. mark your parts. every single one or as many as you can. either last digits of vin number or some other mark that is not eye catching but consistent throughout the car.
parts circulate quick so you might see your own part come back to you
the sad part is i almost 100% guarantee that one of the people reading this knows where your stolen parts are but keep it down cuz it their homie that jacked it.
btw. that sht was super clean
