Recently I did a swap, 2000 GSR engine into a 1996 EK hatch dx. I used a 96-98 ex obd2a Ek harness to the p72 ecu the swap brought. I plugged in a green plug to the car and two plugs in the ecu on blue plug and one small grey plug(one grey plug I could not plug in). I noticed the Dizzy plug from the EX wiring harness was cut off (shame on me for not checking) so I took the plug from the GSR harness and wired it to match the colors; only one blue wire was left.
When I went to turn on the car, it started to crank and at first if just kept cranking no start. Then I noticed that the fuel pump wasn't priming and that I wasn't getting any spark. I did some research and found out that ckf by the crank pulley needed to be rewired and in order for the engine to start; I wired it and still crank no start, no spark, no fuel pump prime(I noticed that my check engine light is not coming on).
I checked all the grounds (transmission housing, thermostat housing, and engine block near the driver side headlight). Check main relay I can hear it click. Then I decided to go get a jumper harness from obd2a to obd1 with p28. I hooked everything up and nothing.

I would greatly appreciated it if I can get some assistance.

 

Did you check fuses 44 and 13?

 

Yes I check this fuses. They are in tact.

 

main relay? its by passenger kick panel. little black box. no fuel prime right? the swap would not effect the fuel pump not priming, that wiring is not connected into the engine harness at all.

 

D15 hatch I checked main relay, its clicking. Before the swap everything was working find no issues at all. Which wiring are you talk specifically are you talking about so i can double check.
