My car hasnt ran for a couple weeks now I have done numerous amounts of things to it. My rotor in my dizzie isnt turning at all and the engine has no life in it. I took it to a shop and they said my keyway was warn down and cylinder 4 was bad so they quoted me 1500$ to do head work to it. Instead I towed it home got a new head and put it on. Got done a few minutes ago and the car still wont start. Rotor still wont turn which im guessing means the camshaft isnt turning which im guessing also means my timing belt isnt turning? Im lost at this point. Kind of sounds like the shop bsed me. Any ideas anyone?!

Take the distributor off the car, take a picture of the back side of it, and take a picture of your cam through the distributor hole. Post those.

 

Pull the plugs, try to roate the crank. If it doesn't move the bottom end is shot as well.
