im having a problem on my car(an eg6).it used to have a d15b manual n i swap then long block into a d16z6.everything is plug in but for some odd reason it wont start.the only way to start it is when i disconnect one of the rod from the shift link cable and let it hang.while it is hanging the shift **** has a silver ball at the end of it,which is under the car, is touching the exhaust pipe.when it is touching it thats when i hear the fuel pump kicks in and is able to turn it on and run the engine.it also shoot some sparks sometimes in this process.but once i reconnect the disconnected shift link back to the engine it wont start n the fuel pump wudnt kick in no more.so anyone knows the problem.lmk asap!thx!
