HELP: CEL Issues with B18C1 and 2000 Si ECU
I Have a 99 civic coupe with a 98 Gsr swap the CEL is on i replaced the sensors that it called for but the primary heated o2 sensor sensor 1 and the IACV sensor are still popping up i have and aftermarket intakemanifold so im running a 2000 SI b16 ECU just wondering if theres anything that i can do im trying to get an inspection sticker
Does your 2000 ECU have a disabled immobilizer? Clear the CELs and see if new codes are stored. Post the codes. Otherwise there is little advice to provide since we do not know what is wrong.
those codes don't necessarily indicate a problem with the sensors themselves. the IACV is run off multiple inputs from the pcm. the o2 is one of those inputs. could be a problem with the o2 circuit, or the pcm itself as well.
how does the car run? how does it idle?

i clear the codes and the same codes pop back up for the iacv and the primary heated o2 sensor 1 The codes that come up are (P0135) and (P1508)

you didn't cross the iacv and iat sensor did you? that oddly causes a 02 code as i found out. check your wire colors. also is the code hard like always there when you turn the key or soft, meaning it sets while driving
what is the PCM is that the same thing as a VAFC i have one of those but its wired into my GSR ECU i was told to run the 2000 Si ECU because i have and Skunk2 intakemanifold and the stock manifold has the butterfly valves, Also for the primary heated o2 sensonr 1 how would i go about checking the heater circut for the sensor because i just replaced both o2 sensors and the Primary heated o2 sensor 1 keeps popping up, The IACV valve i tested the plug and its getting .04 for voltge and i was wrong about the idle it idles around 750-800
that's a hard fault. often caused by a failed sensor or your plugs being switched around
are you 100% positive the iacv and iat aren't switched? check the wire colors, they are the exact same plug and it will create the same situation you have
