At least on the 5g, the clock/radio fuse in the underhood fuse box is the ecu fuse as well.
Are you sure the fuse didn't blow again? What caused it to blow in the first place?

found oil in my spark plug holes, pulled cylinder 1 plug fouled out and no electrode on the top. could that be the reason it wont start? new valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets on the way for it but im wondering if thats the reason why it wont get any spark?
New spark plugs are cheap and you clearly have to replace it anyway, so you might as well and try again, although I doubt that's the problem. The car should be able to start on three plugs.
My suggestion if you haven't tried it already is to replace the radio fuse without any radio installed and try to start the car. If someone with a 4g could confirm that the radio fuse is the ECU fuse that would also be helpful.
