VAFC on a Auto y8 Mini Me? Any first hand experience out there?
My car:
2000 Ek Sedan
Y8 Head/Y7 Block
Y8 Exhaust Manifold and Cat
AEM Short ram intake
P2P ECU
Rywire OBD2 VTEC Sub harness
NO CEL
Curious on the VAFC and pretty sure it would benefit my setup since I can't select shift points unless I run from low gear which is a bad idea.
Unsure if it'd be able to run on my P2P OBD2 ECU, and if so what do I need and is tuning it to my liking a simple or complex matter

I'll be converting to a 5speed next year, just wrangling up information til them to better understand Dseries motors and potential, I've had EM1 and DC5s, this is my first D, just learning honestly what tasteful mods besides turbo that will help pep up a d series
Trying to control vtec on a uncontrollable tranny sound dumb, I get that, but when I go 5speed the education on it will be there already
There is no potential on D-series motors unless you boost them. Your usage of the VAFC will net you pretty much nothing.
