Default need help with clutch

i've been trying to search online if anyone else had the same problem and i couldn't find any answers... heres the story as i was driving as i shifted to third gear it got stuck. so i pulled over opened the hood and noticed the clutch hydraulic hose popped so then i yanked it out of third gear to neutral to push the car to a area while i went to go purchase the hydraulic hose. after i installed the hose flushed the old clutch flid and put new in. i kept bleeding the slave cylinder as the clutch got stiffer and stiffer. when the car is off it goes into all the gears but when the car turns on it doesn't so i have no idea what the problem is. bad master cylinder? bad slave? or something flew out in the transmission... please help negative comments to your self thanks

Replace clutch and you owe me a beer

B Series trannys, hard/impossible to get into gear while running but fine with engine off, 99% of the clutch the spring has popped out of the clutch disc. Average OEM disc only last 60k-70k before this happens.

an example....

I'm not a shop, never will be, I prefer to keep this as a hobby.

The clutch above, look at how much meat is left on it, barely worn IMHO.
