Default CLutch problem

I had been having slave cylinder problems so I replaced my old one with a new one....The night before I replaced it i heard a loud squeaking sound like wet belts when i engage the clutch and my rpms would drop(when n neutral) and sometimes cut the car off....then when i did the slave cylinder replacement the sound is still there and now my clutch pedal has a vibration PLUS it wont go into gear when the car is on. when I put it in gear and then try to start it holding the clutch in the Car trys to go forward.....

I need someone to tell me whats going on the clutch is about a year old a few passes at the track last year and thats it just everyday driving no burn outs the clutch it self wasnt nor has ever slipped....

HELP ME OUT PLEASE!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

BUMO IF READ BUT HAVE NO ANSWER
