Need help: Installing new ITR badge on armrest
i accidentally broke the prongs so i ended up using super glue on to hold it in from the underside. i probably did it the wrong way.
this is a good idea. how ever here is a few tips.
That is one of those pain in the *** things to make fit.
What im going todo is swap every thing over and then take a hot glue gun and glue the back side where the prongs stick thru the inside of the arm rest. So then you have a nice tight seal, and its removable.
Just my 2 cents hope it helps.

Anyone know the correct procedure for mounting using the prongs and washers/discs supplied? Inspecting the armrest, there are screws that appear to mount together the plastic on the bottom of the lid and the suede cover. i am wondering if I need to sperate the cover from the lid, then place the badge prongs through the holes and snap the washers on the prongs underneath the cover, then remount the cover on the plastic armrest lid??

it looks like the arm rest comes down to 2 pieces and the badge is fastened in between the 2.

Looks 100x better. I hate not having an armrest.
It's real easy. Unscrew the screws from the rear hinge, the latch, and the two on the under plastic. This removes the plastic cover from under the armrest pad. Stick the new badge on top with the three prongs through the three holes. Only two prongs will be long enough to go through the pad. Use the two metal washer things and press them onto the two prongs that protrude through the pad.
