Default blox manifold cracks : will it cause problems ?

hi
I have a Blox turbo manifold that I noticed some minor cracks..
I'm thinking of putting it on or not.

do you think it will be worse if I use it ?
or will it let the gas out ?

the second picture is the inside look of the crack.

First, downsize your pictures haha, and second, why risk it? That will definitely leak, if not right away, soon after

If you found the right welder they could probably cut a v into it and weld it.

if its cracked trash it. most of the time even after its welded it will crack back out. if you decide to use it expect to have really slow spool times, and really bad boost recovery between shifts.

its not cracked, that is an imperfection in the casting probably from the metal cooling at different rates or being poured in the cast from 2 different batches. it wont leak but it may crack in time, it is most definatley a weak spot. i would run it and wait for the crack but thats me, to fix this it must be either gouged or ground out and filled using stick to be welded properly, for me this is not a problem but for u it may be. i would use it but thats just my .02

drill both ends of it, grind a v into it, and weld it up. or buy another $100 manifold

i have a blox manifold dont have any issues (6 years) but dont risk it since its cast...tubular different story. Just get another manifold and have your DP adjusted to it.

Look into Log or miniram
