2001 integra running poorly
I bought this integra ls auto not to long ago... and still isn't running right
I changed the o2,thermostat,plugs wire, plugs,cap, rotor, fuel filter.
Still having shake downs at idle and it fluctuates. But it only does it once in a while now. Not throwing anymore codes.
I tried to smog it today and said it failed MIL/CHECK engine light but it hasn't came on in over a week and went off by its self I didn't try to clear it.
What else should I look into, to fix this annoying problem?

the light comes on for like 3 sec when i put the keys in, but turns off... I don't know the codes off hand my mechanic said it was a misfire multiple cylinders we did the whole tune up thing then i got check engine light again he said it was o2 sensor so we changed the fuel filter and o2 put a denso in there. I'll ask what the codes were though.

i would but they dont do that here in CA. I just ordered a bluetooth obd2. I am going to hook it up to my phone and find out the codes. I post again once i receive it.
oh and if i need a new ecu which one to get? they say p75 a5 __ works for 96-99

u dont need a code reader... there will be a blue plug on the passenger side with 2 holes in it... get a paper clip and put it in both the holes to connect them... then turn ur key all the way forward and the check light will blink and the slow blinks will be first and those are the 10's and the fast blinks will be second and those are the ones... in example it will blink twice slowly then 4 times fast... that would be 24... then look up the codes on the internet or the honda app if u have a droid phone

can't remember which 2, but if you google it, you'll find it.
get the codes and post them in their entirety.
Ok the only code its doing now is p1399 which isnt a acura/honda code from what a read.
but its missfiring like crazy. i am smelling a burning rubber smell. think its my timing? injectors? some type of sensor? any suggestions?

timing belt
it has good compression 150 150 165 170
its weird it runs good with new plugs for like 20 miles or so. then goes back to crap. switched the spark plug from cylinder 2 and put it in cylinder 1 and it started running good again. there was no wear on the plugs they both looked the same. no oil nada. so i think it might be the injectors? you guys been sleeping on this thread help me out. any ideas? oh and when i dropped off my car to do that timing he said 2 of the plug wires were melted so he replace the wires and plugs again. he offer to show me them but i said its ok. idk if he was blowing smoke up my *** or what.

I would check your timing, also fuel pressure.
