Well my problems is that i find the car will give a little shake that you fill through the car not the steering wheel at around 39-42km and then again at around 98-100km and again at around 119-120km... This only happens when accelerating when gas is released the shake will go away and when under braking it does not shake.

If someone knows what it could be or has some suggestions please shear thanks.

Alright break it down a little.

work that was done to car and noticed this happening after work was done.

had driver/pass axle change.
lower ball joints.
valve adjustment.

did this work because they needed to be done as well thinking it might have something to do with it but still here.

new rotor and pads all the way around.
new set of tires all the way around and balanced.

try and reseat those axles... and make sure your tires are properly balanced. if they are cupped or worn, there is not much you can do about it except buy new tires.
