Weird clicking noise from under dash - 98 civic ex
I have a 98 civic EX. I have only had it for a little while and have actually only driven it maybe less than 30 miles because I had to put a new engine in it when I bought it. Anyway, it drives and runs fine but while it is running I can hear a clicking noise coming from under the dash on the drivers side. It sounds like a relay in or next to the fuse box. It will click twice then stop for about 10 seconds click twice and repeat. Never seams to stop completely. Again, nothing seems to be wrong. One thing I did notice is that there seems to be a little bit of washer fluid leaking from one of the nozzles on the hood. I'm assuming that it is unrelated but I thought I'd throw that in there. Any ideas?
Well see what happens when you unplug the windshield washer pumps, if the thing stop leaking chances are you've got a short which could be causing the click.
Otherwise I'd say just follow the click, turn it on and go where your ears take you.

Or maybe I could find the fuse for the washer pump and pull it out. If it stops then that will be a start also. Thanks for the idea!
Feel free to chime in if you think it could be something unrelated.

Okay I'm retarded.. I had taken my windshield wiper arms off to paint them and I had accidentally turned on the wipers to intermittent.. Yep thats all it was.
