Default 95 civic ex idle issue

Hello ht-
Got a 95 Honda civic which seems to have a idle issue. Feels like while it's idleing it has a miss. Recently new plugs and wires have gone on the car and problems still persists. Could this be a iacv issue? Should I pull it off and clean? Car has 270k

I would adjust the timing based on your dist. and it wouldn't hurt to clean your IACV

Only at idle it does it. It will bounce from around 800-1100 rpms and spit and sputter a little but once u give it a little gas it's fine. I played around with the distrubtor alittle and nothing changed. There is no hesitation with accelerating just at idle and no other issues

Does it bounce at idle from 800-1100? If so clean the IACV.

Playing with Dizzy is not going to do it you need a timing gun and use the markings on the lower timing cover see where the timing is.

clean your iacv...ive used throttle body cleaner to clean it and it did the trick...but only works if its barely starting to do it...
