Hondata just released info and prices on thier products
Well as most of us have been waiting for this it has finally arrived. They have managed to gain an additional 20 hp for the price of 595.oo.
They also offer a intake gasket that is was dynoed to add 5 hp to the wheels. They have 4 different set up to chose from when doing you ECU. Vtec is now engaged at 52oo rpms and redline is now 85oo rpm.
Here is a link so you can see more information on this. I'm on the phone already calling about this. Good Luck guys.

sounds great
This is some customer feedback on it.

He had these mods to his car: AEM Cold Air Intake, Modifed Tapered Throttle Body by DPR Racing Heads, Inc., Ignition Solutions Plasma Direct Coils. And his 3 dyno runs averaged 200.9whp/130 lbs.-tq (my est. #'s were not listed). I think thats truly amazing only to think to myself... imagine this engine with JDM header, exhaust, cams, springs, pistons, more tuning... you have an AMAZING CAR, probably like 230whp, i dont know my guess. Lining up next to NSX might not be so scary anymore! Well just as long as it's stock!!

Those are great numbers, 200 whp with the stock header, cat, and exhaust. No internal modification (sans the throttlebody), I can't wait to see what comes out next.
Just a few notes here peeps - its an 8600rpm limit, the site had a typo. Secondly, the 200whp was attained with an Intake and a bored throttle body. That's on the site also.
And its a 20hp tops - most likely 12-15hp as shown in the dyno's / user feedback.

Hell yeah!
Most importantly I find the torque curve and the removal of the dipp the most significant increases.

How about all of us here in RSX forum write a long letter to both Acura of North America and Hondata asking them to donate the RSX-Type S to each and everyone of us for product analysis, and than have hondata tune an ECU for us. We could give them our feedback when we are done.... in about..... 20 year!!!
Well the rpm limit is pushed back to 86oo rpm but on the site it recomends you change your valve springs. The Dyno was done with intake, exhasust and a stock exhaust from what the guy said. 2oo whp is pretty good IMO.
Also on CRSX they are having a group buy on the intake gasket. The regular price is $60.oo but after 25 people it goes down to 45.oo.
We all said to give the K2o motor some time and more mods and excellent Hp gains would come. And for those of you that doubted the k2o motor from the begining ( you know who you are
) well the k2o just took its first steps.
Good Luck guys.

Here is the post:
"Based on information from TODA Japan, the Type-S and Type-R have the same exhaust valve springs. However the intake side uses F20C (S2000) intake springs for the outer spring and a Type-R for the inner spring. TODA also mentioned that Honda is now using single springs of a higher class material for the newer Type-R's.
The interpretation here is that the stock valves are good. We have had a test vehicle (K20A2 in a Civic Si) running with an 8900 Rev limit for 2 months now. In this car you change gear when the Rev counter points to 20 mph!
Any increase in RPM limit though is at your own risk. If you suffer engine damage that is related to excessive revs Honda/Acura will not cover your warranty. If this of a concern, upgrade your valve train or use a program with a stock rev limit."
They are basically saying, if you are paranoid you can upgrade your valve train. But they do not say anywhere that it is required. A misshift at 8600 rpms will definately do a lot more damage then prior, but you would have been SOL anyways.
