2002 accord lx, motor has been swapped out. p0141 code will not go away. replaced o2 sensor, ECU, check wiring all good.. im stumped.. one suggested that the motor being swapped out if the problem?? how so im confused??

When you say the wiring was inspected do you mean you visually inspected it or did you actually check for continuity from the sensor to the ECU?

 

And checked the fuse?
