Does anybody know what this means and how I could fix it?

I can turn my A/C on and then cool air will blow out, but it's not actually air conditioned air, like the same as if you just turned blower fans on with heat off.

 

take a blacklight to your a/c hoses at night and it will show you if you have any freon leaks. your system probably doesn't have any freon in it which will result in no cooling
