Default Where is the PGM-FI relay located on a DC5?

Been having trouble with my car. It'll start but then if I drive it for a while and turn it off and then try to turn it on again it won't start. I have to let it chill for a while before I can turn it on again. It mostly happens when it's really hot outside or when it's really cold. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
