I have a turbo with a internal waist gate and a tial waistgate on my exhaust manifold can I use this turbo cause there will be two waist gates

you can block off or weld shut an internal wastegate and just use the external

 

block off one of the wastegate holes.

 

tack weld the flap shut on the exhaust manifold so u can always grind the tack and reuse it if someone had to.

 

I recently blew my trubonetics turbo and im just trying to get this thing running for work and my buddy gave me a ihi turbo dont even have a clue how to block of the waistgate holes?
