90.5mm worth it or is it to much risk?

 

for anything other than a race only motor you're pushing it

 

only if 90 bore already and sleeves have scars so you need to bore 0.5mm then it might be worth it...for discplacement, you'll barely see anything.

 

word on the street is the headgasket doesnt last.

 

The bore center of a K24 block is 94mm. If you try and go to a 90.5mm bore that will only leave .069 of wall per side to try and seal the head gasket. The gasket will not last long and you dont gain anything by going .5mm larger than 90mm.
