You forgot to install the part and now the setup feels weird. I think you know what needs to be done.

Sorry buddy but it looks like u need to drop the tranny and the clutch and install tht pilot bearing .

And to answer ur question idk if it will cause vibration. I have never forgotten to install tht bearing either .

Also when u drop the tranny make sure everything else is on there right : clutch ,throwout bearing, flywheel .

Hope this helps u good luck

fyi guys...the ARP flywheel bolts are to long, they hit the back of the treads, when i took off the tranny, the flywheel was loose, i tryed thighting the ARP bolts, with no luck,.. put the stock ones on and wall-la they thighten up perfect
i put the polite bearing on, and in the process of putting everything back 2gather.
and i went ahead and put another new rear main seal, sinch i had a small oil leak coming from it.

Just for informational purposes:

The PILOT Bearing is to perfectly align the input shaft with the crankshaft. This eliminates side loads from clutch input and various other issues (vibration being one of them). By not installing the Pilot Bearing you WILL (not maybe or if or could) at minimum wipe out the Input Shaft bearing and seal if left alone (no pilot bearing); the other side could be the engine bearings fail from vibration or the transmission will self destruct. If you ever had a transmission apart you will see how detrimental such an overlooked part is.
