hello

Needs to know if my Rear Mount is 2 Post or 3 Post Mainly.

also tell me why its 2 post 3 post ect like its 3 post on the T Bracket or
if its called that cuz one of hte mounts got 3 holes for scews not sure havnt seen the mounts out of the car n cant really see it from where its at

Eg Hatch B18b1
S80 Trans(not that it helps)


(On another note
There is a Piece of Round Pipe that Runs from the front of the engine ot the radiator support acting as like another mount of some sort)
was Wondering if anyone has ever seen this heard of it or otherwise have any Knowledge on it so that if its utterly useless like i think it is i should remove it ect.........

 

There are 3 bolts that secure the rear mount to the subframe.

I don't understand what you're trying to say...

I've never heard of the the rear mount being refered to as a "3 post" or a
"2 post". That's typically in reference to the mount on the timing belt side
of B series engines.

Could be a torque dampener or some kind of hack job maybe.

 

well im buying mounts for it an the mounts had 2 options for my car n it was 2 post 3 post ect...


the bar at the bottom looks rather ghetto so its hack job will prob remove when i get my new mounts in
