Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
what exactly is your issue? are the bolts not lining up? do you have the right post? is your motor being supported in the air as youre trying to put the new mount in? im shooting in the dark with your description

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
that looks like a trans mount. drivers mounts are usually 2 post with a slight offset on 92-2000. 88-91 have a large offset.
by offset i mean difference in the post holes passenger to driver side

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
^wow really? tranny mounts look quite different, its for sure a motor mount, maybe the OP has a different post than what the mount is looking for.

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
That is def a motor mount and not a tranny mount.
And yes it does look like its for a dc.
Easiest way to do it is by returning the product or getting a 94-01 Integra post mount.

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
you know you can pull the mount off another motor (94-01 teg) if there's a junkyard or parts car nearby in less than 20 minutes and it shouldnt cost you more than bout 15USD

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
looks like a mount used on ek chassis by how the holes are. my civic si has the post mount that parallel to the block and that mount would fit that

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
i dont know why but i think they gave you the wrong part
you cannot use a new post because the ek posts sit closer to the front of the vehicle while the da/eg one sits farther back

Re: AVID MOUNTS ISSUE
Yes like stated, the b16 is a 2 bolt and gsr's is a 3 bolt. I think what was mentioned was to get the bracket off of a gsr motor that has the 3 studs on it to work with your mount since that would be cheaper then ordering another mount
