d16y7/y8 swap,is an oil jet required ?

I am building a mini-me (first time doing this) and someone mentioned something about an oil jet to me ? is this required if so can someone direct me to a link? i looked in the FAQ's and saw the mini-me thread didnt see anything in there. thanks

No not on the Y7/Y8 blocks
