I thought this was going to be another lackluster "I took old parts off and put new parts on" build.

Lemme ask. Is the Burns muffler as loud as it looks?

 

3in exhaust on an na motor?

Can you paint it before you go any further?

 

N/A? I see turbo parts aplenty. Paint is the LAST thing I would do.

Looking like it's going to be pretty beast.

 

Mish mash builds are always fun when they're being built from a filled garage.

From what little research I've done into them, Burns mufflers are filled with a mesh that does a decent job of making them quieter than a rice can. They're still loud as ****, though.

The Burns Muffler Honestly Isnt To Bad its Really Deep Thats the Only Restrictor on Exhaust....I will Post alot more Pictures Tommorrow....I droped Full K Frame/Rack And all In Front and Cleaning Engine Bay/Under Coating Under Carriage Of Car...And Bought a Energy Suspenion Master Bushing Kit...And Now Just Figureing Out where all these damn Bushing GO!!!!! I Pressure Washed My K Frame /Steering Rack/Front Upper/Lower Control Arms/Front Sway Bar/And Couple Odds And Ends &Painted Everything With 2000 Degree Gloss Black And Sway Bar And Couple Odds and Ends Red

The Hatch Only Has A N/A B18A1 Block/US B20 Head /Tranny Didnt Have 3rd Gear So i Had to Just throw In LS In Since Tranny Didnt Have 3RD Gear And i Needed a Work Car...But In Last Pics I Droped Motor Out/Tranny Last Night And I Put a Shift Fork And scyro Tech scyro's in it...Im Not Done With my Built Gsr or B16 Yet to Run High Boost So Just throwing tHE LS Back in with ARP Head studs/Rod Bolts/Shimed type-r oil pump...Running 12 Psi....Also Just Put a New Compition Clutch Stage 4 Clutch Disc(I Swear By this Disc with ACT Stage 3 Pressure Plate i Ran 450 whp on my B16 with that Set up And It Broke 3 AXLES And Took MonthS TO Wear Out...But STAY Tuned For Alot More Updates &ALSO sTAY ALERT I have another Build Going on Thats going from Start to Finish Wit Pics Its a 91 Civic HatchBack SI WIT 12 pOINT rOLLCage/10 Gal Fuel Cell/ Duel Walboro 255 lph fuel Pumps...Its going to Be a Auto X Car

lol Its Nice having Shelter so no rain or snow..etc...but im working with Gravel floors/with Rubber Mining belt mats to lay on...And its only 18x21 Metal Car port But me and my dad Built the Sides with 2X4 And Plywood so its Not like a Tin can all the way down and Put a Man door/Garage door in...Got it a extra 2 foot so we made storage up top...Whole garage/with door and walls $2950 +our manuel work no floor layed but we got I beams up across braced for Eletronic Motor Hoist Its Decent...

 

How'd you do the fenders where they were the ek ones a direct fit or did you have to make a hybrid out of both eg and ek fenders?

 

2 year old thread is 2 years old.

"Front Clip" means the whole front end was replaced. It's a sixth gen. front end. Not just fenders/hood/bumper/etc.
