Anyone know if a OEM 2000 Si exhaust will fit on a 2000 civic ex? found a guy selling it for $40 I need to swap exhaust asap tired of getting harassed by the police.

I am almost positive it will fit, since the back bumper is the same, if it was 96-98 that would have fitment issues.

you have a coupe not a 4dr right?

my car being a civic period, but specifically my exhaust its "modified" its not even loud just low and raspy but its w/e just gonna obey the law they always win anyways.

 

look up the law in your area and get your exhaust tested on sound and get a report on it. then flash it in that fat ****s face next time they pull you over and tell him to kiss it. ive done it.

cop:"oh your exhaust is too loud"
me: no it aint. thats your opinion and law states xxdb or lower.
cop: well how do you know how loud it is?
me: heres proof (show report).
cop: get outta here

Yep a 99-00 Si cat back will fit on a 96-00 Ex and a Hx no mods, Lx and Dx need to mod the exhaust due to cat location and pipe length. Oh is is coupe only I am talking about.

 

yup fits fine. ive done it myself already if that helps you.

 

I'll add that the OEM part numbers for 99-00 Si and EX catalytic converters are the same, too. (if anybody has one they want to sell, LMK ASAP! need to pass emissions)
