Default GSR Troubleshooting - Ticking

I have a B18C1 running on a chipped P28 ecu.

Mods include:
Blox Stage 2 Cams
Titanium Retainers
Dual Valve Springs
Stock Bottom End

It has been making a pretty decently loud ticking sound since I bought the car but at first I thought it was normal. It is fairly loud however.
I changed all my fluids with still the same results.
Tried adjusting valves myself (not sure how precise I was as it was my first go) with no luck also.
Did a compression test and got: 217 220 211 218 (1 through 4)

I'm about ready to send the car to Honda and have them inspect the noise.
My other guesses are that either:

I didn't properly adjust the valves (or adjusted them to wrong spec because of cams)
Worn LMA's

I really hope there is not a greater problem
Any insight?

Thanks

Check valve lash. Remember, valvetrain moves at half the speed of the crank/rotating assembly, so that should somewhat help differentiate top from bottom end tick.
