Default 95 civic b20v bogging low rpms HELP!!!

i have a 95 civic b20v swap and at low rpms my car sounds like a subaru wrx and its pissing me offf! i have got my ecu basemaped for the b20v and i have all new plugs and wires and tried 2 know working distributors and had timing checked its dead on! i have no leaks and i had the coolant professionaly bleed! there is no cat on the car its 4-1 ctr headers with a flex pipe straight to a 2.5 catback greddy exhaust sp2. here is there thing the exhaust was on the car when i got it and when i start the engine and its running lil things shot out the exhaust looks like its pooping out lil baffle things! does that mean my exhaust is clogged or broke? could this be the reason my engine sounds like this? neways if not i have no codes and everything checks out fine. idel's fine soon as i go to take off it boggs and then i get up around like 3k it rips its freaking me out! oh all new gas and new fuel filter and all aftermarket fuel ss lines and aem fuel rail. i used injectors i had laying around could they be bad? i checked them and they all click meaning they are working? or could one be stuck open? anyone know about injectors? well if anyone has any ideas of what i should do or try or if u had the same problem and fixed it PLEASE CHIME IN ASAP! thanks in advanced!

You used injectors you "had laying around"? Do you even know the flow rate of those injectors? It wouldn't surprise me if you're running the wrong flow rates, and leaning the hell out of the motor.

Well, 240 is the correct flow rate for the B20A/Z, but I would look into either picking up a new set of 4, or sending yours off for cleaning and testing, just to be sure. "Sounds like a subaru" isn't very descriptive, though.

Just a dumb idea I had from experience the other day, Try turning the car and while running pull the plug wire off a spark plug one at a time and see if the engine's idle changes at all. Do it to all four, I had one engine have two wires mixed around was causing it to misfire and bog. had a second engine have a bad spark plug that wouldn't ignite the fuel. both I discovered by isolating the cylinder with the above method.
