P2P c12 what sensors? dx ex minime
Hi, I'm going to put head from d16z6 on d16y7 block in civic coupe 96r, intake manifold also from z6. It must run on P2P ecu because I have no money for obd1 and p28. 1. For now I've P2P-c12 ecu - it's from 99-00 civic si (a bit exotic and rare ecu in europe, I know it's obd2b), and my question is what sensor does it have? for example I heard that the block d16y7 96-98 doesn't have ckf sensor and all 99-00 block's and ecu's had it, some p2p ecu have knock sensor - my block haven't it. I know there is a place for ks in block, but I haven't money to buy KS, so I think that good option is to put p2p ecu which doesn't have knock sensor (Instead of buying sensors, I can trade for other p2p ecu, for that which will be the best option).
2. What other "sensor" problems I can have with it?
3. Which popular ecu's from europe will be the best option for my setup? or better run it on p2p-c12?
ps. sorry for my english, questions in blue

The ECU you have is for a Canadian '99 - '00 Civic Si. Y7s and Y8s both used a CKF over here in North America. I'm not sure if the Euro versions are different or not. It also looks for a knock sensor which the Y7 does not have (the boss is there though, you simply add one from a Y8 and wire it in.)
All this said though the ECU wont run the engine correctly due to differences in base timing, you really need a P28 and a conversion harness to run it right.
