I have a 1997 Civic Cx with a B16A2 from an EM1. This morning it threw 7 codes which I was able to correct with little issues. Since I have fixed the vacuum leak, the code P1508 is still popping. I adjusted the idle to around 900RPM's and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the IACV. I then gave the engine a quick rev and the idle jumped and sat at approximately 1100RPM's. Would this indicate a bad IACV? I did erase the code each time as well.
