Default My custom B-Series header!

So my dad is building a '92 Civic hatch for a drag car, and he's planning on running a HUGE turbo in the bumper. Well I decided to design a custom header for him so that I could get some more experience with AutoCAD (I've been doing it for 4 years, but any experience helps) and this is my first time messing with 3D Modeling. Check it out and let me know what you think :D

Thanks, it's actually a remote mount manifold. It's designed to put the turbo in the front bumper facing forward on the driver side. I posted pics up on another site and got the same response that it looks like a N/A header.

They're going to be shortened up drastically, I just made it that long because I was having problem moving the collector closer.

Not a bad first step. You should make some goals for the design. What primary length (and secondary?) are you targeting? What are the i.d.(s) going to be? How easy is the manufacture-ability? yada yada yada.

drawing it in CAD is fine, but doing it is another.

with a turbo manifold you dont need a choke and then expand it back. the systems choke is the turbo.

is your turbo single or twin scroll? big turbos tend to be twin more than not for obvious reasons.

designing is good, but go and actually fit it up and work from there.
