there is another civic but with a bseries that got one just like it
so i guess its not a custom

I believe it's an ANR header.

The OP's header looks more like a Bisimoto...check the angles coming off the flange.

Last time I checked they run $500-$600 new

the header in the 1st pic is a bisimoto. but they had stoped selling them and are now making the new d series header. pretty much looks the same but is supposed to be better.
