HELPPPP!!!! engine is rev itself to 6000 rpm
when changed my inlet manifold and i started the car it imidieatly revvid to 6000 and dropped till 2000 and revvid again to 6000 rpm how is this possible i had check light code 7 and 15 but they are now gonna somebody please help like this i cant drive the car to work so its a big problem.
wow. . . i don't know where to start. Did you change the INTAKE manifold or did you put a cold air intake on it? It IMMEDIATLY REVED up to 6k after you worked on it I would suggest checking for a vacuum leak. Also give a little more information. What year car, what engine. Both would be helpful in trying to make since on what you are trying to say.
i have a h23avtec ina 92 prelude and i did blacktrax kinda thing to my inlet manifold and now i disconnected the tps evap and the egr and it is revving like 2000 rpm and back to 1000 but when i throtlle it wont react on it
you need to elaborate on what you mean by "blacktrax kinda thing". As mentioned before, the motor will do this if air can be pulled in somewhere other than the throttle body...
i cut the inside of the spacer out and shortend the runners from the inside of the lower part of the manifold and port polished the whole manifold but when i was putting the bolt on the dynamo and i had a short circuit because i touched the ps pomp.
by the way im from holland so my writing is not that good sorry for that.

And you shouldn't have shorted anything while doing that if the battery was disconnected which it should've been while connecting the alternator
The battery was connected at that time i checked all the fuse's they are okay maybe a relay but i disconnected them and checked and nothing seems to be circuited.
I really appreciate your help.
